Treeations Return Policy

At Treeations, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns for store credit under the conditions outlined below.

In-Store Return Policy

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Requirements:
    • Original receipt must be provided.
    • Product must be in original condition, uncut, and have all tags attached.
  • Refund Method: Returns will be processed as store credit with no expiration date.
  • Exclusions:
    • Clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Online Return Policy

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Requirements:
    • Customers must email us at treeationsonline@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
    • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
    • Product must be in original condition, uncut, and have all tags attached.
  • Restocking Fee:
    • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all online returns.
    • If price tags are removed, an additional 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
  • Refund Method: Returns will be processed as store credit with no expiration date.
  • Exclusions:
    • Clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: For online orders, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Store Credit Details: Store credit issued for eligible returns does not expire and can be used on any future Treeations purchase.
